The owner of the Pine Creek Cookhouse has resurrected his effort to sell the longtime mountain getaway and resort in Ashcroft by listing the property with Aspen Business Brokers.

Dolce Hotels and Resorts, a privately held operator of 26 upscale hotels, resorts and conference hotels in North America and Europe, today announced the appointment of Judson L. Hawk, III, a 24-year lodging veteran with extensive experience operating upscale properties, as general manager of its Aspen Meadows Resort in Colorado.
